I will provide personal service and years of experience in helping people acquire the home and real estate investments that meet their desires.

Professional Experience: Colorado real estate licensed in 1980 with 27 years experience selling real estate in Durango. Specializing in in-town residential and investment property. Four years experience managing residential properties for clients and seventeen years experience managing my own properties. I have been involved developing minor subdivision projects. I try to stay up to date with ever changing land use and development codes and regulations that impact real estate investment.

Education: University of Colorado BA degree in Environmental Design. Four years experience as a community development planner in Durango. Two years experience in architectural offices.

Outside Interests: I came to Durango for what it offered as a community- its friendly people and great outdoor and whitewater experience. I have kayaked rivers in the area for 32 years. I like exploring the desert, mountain biking, skiing and playing basketball. I collect antique stoves. I serve on the City of Durango's Animas River Task Force.

Education: Colorado Real Estate College (2006), Business Courses at Fort Lewis College.

Outside Interests: Spending time with my Wonderful Husband, our Great Dog, Family & Friends. I also enjoy Cooking, Traveling, Camping, Hiking, Water Sports, Photography, Karaoke, and the aspect of maybe one day learning how to Ski/Snowboard.
