Brian Lupien, Broker Associate - Durango

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant who has been involved with real estate transactions for many years. He brings an accountant's attention to detail and is able to draw upon his knowledge and experiences as a buyer and seller.

Brian grew up in Sacramento, CA and earned his bachelor's degree in 1990 from the University of California at Davis. He has been visiting or living in the Durango area since 1998 with brief stays in California (Rancho Mirage, Carlsbad, & Ranch Santa Fe), Las Vegas, NV and Vail, AZ as well as Hesperus, CO where he now lives with his wife Susan, son Grant and one more on the way! (it's anther boy) Brian serves on the board of the San Juan Symphony as treasurer and is an avid golfer, wine enthusiast and enjoys the outdoor life in beautiful La Plata Canyon.
